Bounty Square Farm - Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy is quite simple!

1. We will contact you prior to any shipments.
2. Payment must be made prior to shipping.
3. There are no returns on food items.
4. If a return is required, you must contact us before shipping.
5. Shipping is via USPS Priority unless otherwise stated or agreed to.
6. We will send tracking number(s) when your order is shipped.
7. If there is damage during shipping we need the following in order to file a claim with the USPS:
   1. Pictures of the damaged box showing several angles including 1 that shows the label with your address clearly visible.
   2. Pictures of the packaging in the box.
   3. Pictures of the damaged goods.
   4. Do not throw away anything until you hear from us!
   If you do not do the above we cannot promise a refund or replacement!
