We offer 2 varieties of garlic. Music and elephant.

Music Garlic

This is THE garlic of choice in kitchens around the world. With much larger cloves than what you will find in your local store, you will spend less time peeling and more time enjoying this garlic.

• An Italian, Hardneck, Porcelain variety.
• One of the most popular varieties due to taste and easy to peel cloves
• Produces some of the largest bulbs/cloves of true garlic.
• Garlic flavor: Rich, true garlic flavor, strong, robust; with large cloves that are easy to peel.
• Storing: Should store until early spring however we have had ours last nicely until mid summer.
• Very cold tolerant and grows well in the North. Plant in the fall for harvest the following summer.

The bulb and clove amounts are ESTIMATES to help you determine how much garlic there is by weight for help with planting and spacing. Approximately 4-8 bulbs per pound and 40-50 cloves per lb. Approximately 4-8 Large Cloves/Bulb.

Elephant Garlic

Although not a true garlic (it is a really a Leek), it still is used same way regular garlic is, but for those that do not like a full garlic flavor, Elephant garlic will surprise you with a crisp and very mild and enjoyable experience.

• Storing: Should store until mid to late summer.
• Grows well wherever you would grow leeks. Plant, grow and harvest as you would regular garlic. Plant in the fall for harvest the following summer.

The bulb and clove amounts are ESTIMATES to help you determine how much garlic there is by weight for help with planting and spacing. 1lb. of elephant garlic cloves is around 10-20 cloves depending on size.
