This is an easy, quick, and more healthy alternative to deep fried fries. You can also use those zucchinis that may have hidden in your garden and got too large for recipes that require a more tender squash.
Ingrediants:
Zucchini
Cooking oil
Bread Crumbs
Parmesan Cheese
Salt or other spice to liven them up!
Directions:
Pre-heat your oven to 425F (218C).
Trim the ends off of your zucchini(s) and slice into strips (like french fries).
Add bread crumbs, cheeze and salt or other spice(s) to a bowl and mix.
Dip each fry into oil (or otherwise coat in oil) and then into your breadcrumb mixture, then place on a cooking sheet.
Bake roughly 20 minutes until golden brown and enjoy!
