Bounty Square Farm - Recipes Fishball Sauce

This sauce recipe is great for fishballs, kikiam, kwek-kwek, squid balls, fried isaw, fried chicken, betamax etc.

Directions:

  1. Combine all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, black pepper and salt. Add 1/2 cup of water first and mix it well until all the ingredients are well dissolved.
  2. In a hot sauce pan, add the other 1/2 cup of water, put the minced garlic and red pepper( optional)
  3. Bring it to a simmer over medium heat while stirring continuously until the sauce thickens. Usually takes about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a bowl or a jar and let it cool down a bit before serving.
  5. Share it with your family and friends! Enjoy!
